Description :  Tic-tac-toe , also called noughts and crosses or oxo in Belgium, is a simple strategy and thinking game played by two players, in turns, the aim of which is to be the first to create a line-up.

Tic-tac-toe 's origins date back to ancient Egypt , and variations of it can be found in virtually every civilization. Tic-tac-toe's popularity among children continues unabated, but it is often enjoyed by players of all ages and experience levels.
